option Does not exist in my page

I am Trying SalesForce.com Professional Edition 30 Days Trail Edition.When i want to create profiles in Security and Sharing Chapter..i can't Find Profile Option in My Name-Setup-Manage Users.

Professional Edition does not support profiles (unless you pay it extra) - therefore you don't have options

Since it is a Trial Org with professional edition you will not have the option to use Profiles, since Profiles are not available in Professional Edition. If you purchase Salesforce you are either get the Profesional Edition and pay extra for Profiles or you can just get the Enterprise Edition which comes with Profiles and much more.
