Visual Flow Designer - Choice Lookup and Data Lookup dialogs are blank

In the flow designer (7.0.5), my sf connection tests out ok and I've defined a data source.  But when I drop a Choice Lookup or Database Lookup on to my flow the dialogs are blank. 

 

Anyone had this issue b4?

The issue was solved by resizing the dailog.  Seems as if there's a bug on some systems.  Just drag the lower right hand corner to make the dialog bigger and the field will appear.
