How to create the sandbox enviroment?

I can't find the option to create the sandbox enviroment in the setup console.do we need to contact salesforce to create the sandbox enviroment? and how to refresh the production to the sandbox enviromnet?

Make sure about what is the edition that you are using.

We don't have sandbox & production environments for developer edition.

For all other editions, you can find the sandbox feature in DAtaManagement (As mentioned above reply)

for production u have to use login.salesforce.com

for sandbox u have to use test.salesforce.com

Depending on what kind of version of Salesforce you have.

 

To check to see if you have the Sandbox, when you're logged in goto : Setup >> Data Management >> " Sanbox " ( second last )
