Error while creating pie chart on dashboard component from a summary report as source

Hi all,

 

I am trying to develop a dashboard from source summary report on 'account object ' summarized on 'annual revenue' field and grouped by  a custom field 'CCAS' but I am getting the following error.

 

'All vaues are negative or Zero.Pie,donut,funnel and stacked charts require at least one positive value to display'

 

 

Please help me understand what might be the reason of this error ?

Hi,

 

 

your generated Report Data having  Zeros and  negitive values , once change your data  and generate new report and try it. and your Custom Field type?

sorry that i did not mention about this in my post but the values in the report are non negative and non zero already but still the error message shows that its negative and zero

 

Also, I have solved the problem .this was an issue with 'running user' .
