'Custom Summary Formula Builder' on Matrix report

On matrix report, I cannot the options on the 'Where will this formula be displayed?' . Its all blank.

Does anyone bumped into this problem? Please let me know.

Hi Sanjay,

 

When you say options are missing - are you not able to see the following?

 

This formula calculation will be displayed in the report at the level you select.
 
At all summary levels
 
At a specific row/column grouping level...

Thats correct. I cannot see the options. Everything else seems to work fine.

Could you please share a screen shot of what you see on the options - i have played around the setting but am not able to reporduce the issue on my ORG: chck what I see at all times:
