parul gupta We have custom objects and on those we have written approval processes. Currently we are migrating from one org(production) to another org(full sandbox) using data loader. We are able to insert the records but not able to get the approval history section related details for the records. How do we get that section ?
Hi parul gupta,
You can add Approval related list to page layout. Goto the object defenition page of the particular object and scroll down to 'Page Layouts' and edit a page layout.
Then in the layout editor at the top left corner you will see a menu Fields, Buttons, Expanded Lookups, Related Lists etc...
select 'Related List' and you will see Approval History, Notes & Attachments etc... at the right.
Now Drag Approval History' and place it below.
