How can i link 3 contacts with 1 lead ?

This is not at all possible .

Lead itself is a person .Contact also is a person .
When we convert a Lead it becomes a Contact .

So NO Contact can be linked to Lead .

Well, technically, I have linked two "people" to a Lead before, but only because the client insisted and wouldn't listen to me. All I did is add another name and address to capture the "billing" information as well as the regular name and address, which was the "sales" information.

But sourav046 is fundamentally correct - linking a Contact to a Lead doesn't make any sense.
