Customer Portal : Delegated Portal User Administrator

Hi

 

I need for a customer profile to edit tab setting: account and contact

 

so a customer can view his account and contact

 

I read about  Delegated Portal User Administrator but i don't find this option

Hi, If I'm correct, it seems that you want your customers to see 'account' and 'contact' tab in the customer portal.

For this: you've to do the following

1) Clone the standard customer portal manager profile

2) Edit the new profile and mark check boxes for 'delegated portal user administrator' rights and 'run reports'

3) Ensure that account and contact tabs are not hidden for that new profile

The problem i don't have this profile

 

i just work with this profile : Overage High Volume Customer Portal User

 

So i don't know if it is possible to do it for this profile or not ?

As far as I know, when customer portal is created . Four profiles are automatically added. One of them is customer portal manager. Which profiles are you able to see, related to customer portal?
