how to access content delivery..???

want to access the content delivery object through query but not able to find anything ...is there any way to do so...can someone help me in ths....a little help will be appreciated....

what do you mean 'content delivery object'?

Standard Content Deliveries function can be accessed from
Customize -> Content Deliveries -> Settings

If you would like to access content of Salesforce, you have to determine which type to use, such as File, Document, Attachment,...

If you want to monitor the update of field on Contact object, create a Trigger on Contact object,...
App Setup ->Customize->Contacts->Triggers

The question is what you want to do in this Trigger.
