leads from aggregator into SF?

I am looking to have my lead vendors ping/post directly into sales force.  Can anyone tell me the best way of going about this is?

For easy sending of leads - you can either use Email-To-Lead or Web-To-Lead.

 

If you want to get fancy, you could use Partner Portal where your vendors could log right into Salesforce and create Leads.
