CTI Integration with TAPI Driver on NEC Aspire switch?
A customer is interested in CTI screen pop in Salesforce from thier NEC Aspire switch - that has a TAPI driver on it. Here is some info on the NEC Aspire product which talks about the TAPI capability: http://www.necunifiedsolutions.com/main/Solutions/SolSolution.asp?solid=14
Couple of CTI integration vendors on Appexchange who have pre-existing generic TAPI connectors say that they can tweak it to work with the NEC TAPI driver.
- Does anyone have experience integrating the salesforce CTI toolkit with TAPI? Any known issues to lookout for with TAPI?
- Any specific experience with NEC Aspire?
- NEC Aspire also has another API interface that is mentioned in the above URL - Open Applications Interface (OAI). Does anyone have any experience with that?
