cunninja Weird Password Question
Hey Everyone,
One of my users was just setup in salesforce. Her password is set to never expire and when she logs out, she can log back in no problem. However, when she closes her browser and opens it back, it makes her set a new password EVERYTIME? She was using IE, so i told her to try Mozilla Firefox and it's still doing the same thing. I guess this may be more of a browser/general computer question but it's only happening to her signing in to salesforce. any thoughts? Thanks.
She is using the same URL which she used when changing the password , usually if they don't have enough knowledge on computer they make the browsers as favourite and thats how they login everytime, she might have made the browser as favourite when she changed the password, so tell her use login.salesforce.com and she should not have any problems.
