V Did Default homepage dashboard snapshot
I have searched for documentation and talked with Premier support on the issue of not being able to assing a default dashboard to the homepage dashboard snapshot area. Support told me that I cannot by default have the same dashboard show up on the homepage dashboard snapshot area for all my users.
Is this true? I clearly remember doing this in the past.
My dashboard is dynamic and it shows data based on the logged in user.
Looking for some guidance on this issue.

You can set the Run As User for dashboards. I assume this would also be true for the home page since that page just takes the last viewed Dashboard and only shows you the top line.
If the Run as User is set as me the Admin, the users see what I see in the dashboard. They need to be able to see the data as them.
That's not the way dashboards work. You would need to create one for each person if you needed that.
Dashboards aren't live data. You don't use them to see data as yourself since they're not created for each person. They're created once and that's it (until refreshed).
