Hi,

 

We had configured the Call Center in our ORG,

 

We want to add Partner Portal User to Call Center.

 

I had searched in the community but i couldnt find anything.

 

Requesting all the Contributor to Salesforce Discussion Board to help me.

So the main reason for the Call Center is for the CTI adapter, correct? Well if the users dont have standard licenses they wouldnt be loggin directly into SFDC for this feature. Therefore a standard licenses is require.

But we had contact salesforce support, the executive said that it is possible to achieve this in Partner Portal.

Create a profile for PP ;  

and give only access to case,soultion object .....  and contact or any .....

 

and then try
