Custom Setting Creation

i  create one new custome setting (JobApplication).Any Possible way to create  trigger & Workflow  for custom setting .

Have you created a new object called Job Application? If yes, then you can create Trigger & Workflow for Job Application object.

 

For Trigger: Goto Setup> Create> Objects > Job Application > Trigger.

For Workflow: Goto Setup> Workflow & Approvals> Workflow Rules> New Rule> Select Object = Job Application.
