Tracking records consultation

Hello,

 

We need to track the fact that one of our operators has open a contact record in order to give him or her some information without making any modification or action... does anyone has an idea on this?

you cannot say if someone has just opened the contact record unless if they modify it, if you want to restrict it you can change the security settings

You can track by going in contact record, and check its activity history.

But it would be manual.
