Some fields not available in API

I've noticed that "Email Opt Out" and "Do Not Call" fields for both Contacts and Leads is not available through the API. Am I missing something? I need to acccess these fields. Thanks.

Check your WSDL file, I believe that all the classes and its fields should be specified in this file.

The user needs to be configured as a marketing user to those particular fields.
