Hover Links - Account Name

Hi All,

 

Is it possible to change what fields appear in the Case Object when you Hover over the Account Name field?

Hi,

 

Yes you can change the field’s appear.

 

Follow the below steps:

  1. setup->customize->accounts->Page Layouts
  2. click on Edit link present in front t of Account layout
  3. click on Mimi page layout link
  4. select the fields which you want to display from the available list
  5. Move  selected fields in select and click on save button
  6. Again click on save button
