CSS in std pages

Is there a way to add CSS to std pages?

I asked about standard pages, not vf pages.

 

Closest idea I've gotten so far, is to build a VF page and hide it in the sidebar component to control CSS from the side there.

You cant change UI of std pages

With the above idea I can.  It's just not the cleanest thing.
