how to Create Account, Opportunity, and Lead Page Layouts from template

i got new requirement from my client i know how to create the Pagelayouts for standarda and custom object. but how to create the pagelayouts From  Template.how can solve this one.pls help me

Why do you need to create a Page Layout from a template ?

 

If you need a page layout to be dependant on a template, you can assign specific pagelayout to specific users depending on the template used. You can do this using workflow rules.
