In Quotes i have button to create a new Order(which is my custom object) i want to display all Quote Details including Quote Line Items in the custom(Order) object, How to deal with it.

Hi Junior007,
If the Objects are related, then youcan use either a field update work flow or use a auto populate formula field to fetch the values from the other object record and populate in this Object. I would suggest you to use Workflow fieldupdate.
