REMOVE "Save & New..." Button

how can I remove the "Save & New Buttons"?

I don't think you can remove this button from edit layout. Not sure but this button can be removed if you remove "New" rights to Task from the profile (Not applicable on system admin). But in that case it will remove the "New" button from detail page also.

 

You can just edit the existing records and "Save" them. Don't think you want to do this.
