How to make a field visualable by some body.not all the users on the PE edition?

I add a field on the PE edition, but the field is only visualable by somebody. I remove the field from the pagelayout. and I want to show the field on a report. but the field is not shown on the report.

any suggestion would be appreciate.Thanks.

Field is only visible by somebody:

For this please check field accessibility of that Filed for all profiles

 

I want to show the field on a report but the field is not shown on the report.

The reasons might be 2:

To solve this:

1) You need to add that field to the Report type what you are using for Report.

2) check the Field permission for the profile by which you are running Report.

There's no profile or fieldlevel security setting in PE edition.
