How to hide Edit || create New View for particular profile

Hi

 

Could any help me that how to hide the Edit || Create New View for particular profile when we click any tab of an object.I already disable the 'Manage Public List Views' in  Administrative Permissions.

 

Plz help it's Urgent

Users will always see the Edit || Create New View on the tabs for objects, even if the 'Manage Public List Views' permission has been disabled.  If the 'Manage Public List Views' permission is disabled, users can still create their own list views that only they can see.
