Email 2 Case Agent, ok?

In anybody using Email to Case Agent (not on demand) – we are planning to move from on demand E2C to E2C Agent, for the reason we cannot receive more than 10 MB email attachments through On demand E2C.

Any thoughts/reason not to go for Email to Case Agent?

Go to the below link to get brief information on E2C Agent:

Here you can fetch emails from your mail server (E.g.: Gmail/Yahoo/ etc.) and create new cases or append to an exisitng case.

TK - thanks, but we cannot use private emails.

Looking to bypass 10 MB limit on on demand email to case, In E2C agent this limit is not there - so primarily looking for any reason not to go for Email to CaseAgent here before I move. critical item here is we are using ~ 100 routing address now.
