How to enable chat in Salesforce Communities ?

Hi,

 

I have enabled communities for my org. Everything is working fine but the chat widget is missing. Please help.

I think chat widget is not available for Communities.

You are right, the Chat Widget is not available in Customer Portal or Communities as of now.

Hi TechAddict, 

 

With Summer 13, Chat was Implemented in Partner Portal and Chatter(Answers) was implemented in Customer Portal. 

Hope this clears the cloud.
