Case Timer Not Visible
Hi,
I am trying to add case timer on my cases but it is not visible. I tried almost everything.
Things I have already done:
-Enabled Entitle management
- Added Timeline (minutes) to page layout
-Added case milestone related list to cases
-Created new milestones from setup
-Created Entitlement processes of all three kind (kept one active at a time)
-when I click on pagelayout, timeline object appears there
-I have all related help section
Can any one help me to get it on my cases? I would appreciate if anyone can provide me steps from start to do this.
I am trying in Develope Org, let me know if any other edition is needed.
Any help would be appreciated.

This is handled by Entitlement Processes (which are where you configure Entitlements and Milestones. You can see the timeline on the Entitlement Process definition page (Setup > Entitlement Management > Entitlement Processes, then click on a Process and a Version.
Then, when you create an Entitlement, and relate the Entitlement to a Case, you can add the Timeline (minutes) field to the Case page layout (I suggest a new page layout section that is "1 wide").
