Radian6 access

I am trying to query Radian6 Service Persona object from SOQL Explorer. I see the object, but i dont see any records when i query. What am i missing?

1) Are you sure there are some records in that object?

2) Are you sure the user you loggin in with has appropriate access to those records?

- Yes there are records and i can drill into them individually via the Salesforce UI but i cant see them when i run the query.

- Yes, again. I am a system admin in the org and have access to these records.
