Hi Sree,

 

We have to Map the Custom Fields of Leads only with the Custom Fields on Account, Contact or Opportunity.
To see the List of Fields which can be mapped and match them to the Fields on Account Contact and Opportunity Objects, You can navigate to the Path below,
Setup | App Setup | Leads | Fields | Lead Custom Fields & Relationships | Click on the Button Map Lead Fields | Select the appropriate Corresponding Fields | Save.
