How to find out what an Error Number means now there is no basic developer support

How do I find out what the following error means:

Error Number: 1444972384-5904 (-1072421861)

I used to email support and they would reply with what the error was but now you can't get basic developer support and they are telling me to post it here or read the workbooks... nice... any ideas of finding out?

Every now and again suddenly loads of workflow rules fail without any reason except giving and error code like this.

If you are getting an unexpected error, then that's a bug, and you should be able to log a case for it.

Tried but they just reply with this:

I've escalated it to our accout manager and he's saying that he has other clients with the same issue.

While our support policies for customers under our Standard plan have change we do work to address any error codes encountered by customers.  I believe I see your case open in our queue with updates from our support representative yesterday. If you’re not seeing the same let me know directly and I will open a new case for you as necessary under your Account.

The case number is: 07078199 I did get a reply from someone in basic developer support saying they are "doing research on it".
