How Delete the New Button in Case comments of Case detail Page????

Hi,

 

GoTo Customize->Cases->search Layouts-> Click Edit of Cases  List View

 

Uncheck Check Box beside New and click save and check now.

I want to remove the "New" button in Case Comments......But not New Button in Cases...

Oops did not read this correctly...

Ya, you asked for case Comments only.

 

I don't think it is possible with SF given options/Customizations.

If you don't need case comments you need to remove entire Case Related List Related list.

Ya. I too gone through those links, there also described like there is no way for this.

I think you also understood by those. 

 

I think this is not possible with current SF options.

Let see any board members will respond for this.

Hey,
You have to create a new lightning page using lightning page builder 
1 . Click on edit page >> Create new page >>Add components 
2. After adding your components Add Related List - Single do below modifications. 
3. Remember to uncheck the Show list view action bar
4. Don't remove case comment from page layout related list just create new lightning page builder otherwise it will throw an errror .
