Send report as an attachment to Users

Hi,

 

There is requirement for sending report to a group of users as an attachment along with the email. Please let me know if any options/ work around available for this functionality.

Hi,

 

Salesforce does not provide the option of sending the report result as an attachment. If you schdule future runs, it takes the default mail template and adds the snapshot of report interface (the o/p of the report ) as body of the email and sends it. Users must manually use the export to option and extract the report data.

 

If your customer is fine with getting a priced appexchange component for this functionality, Conga Courier is the optimal product for this.
