How to share Forecasts of Non-Forecast members

Hi all,

 

We are using Customizable Forecasting of Salesforce. Currenlty, we are able to share forecasts of Forecast Managers through the "Sharing" button on the forecasts page. However, this button does not appear of non-forecast managers. How do we share the forecasts of such users ?

Do all of your users have "Allow Forecasting" set in their Profile?

No, all the users do not have "Allow Forecasting" - only a few of them have this. And the people in the lower rungs of the ladder (not the forecast managers, but the actual forecasters) have them but there are other sales users who don't forecast at all (in the same lower rung).

Hi, I know it has been a long time since this question was open, but currently, I'm having the same problem in my org, and I'd like to ask, could you finally solve this issue? Were you able of sharing the forecast of a non-forecast manager user?
