IDE - Find Scheduled Report Recipients

Hi,

Can I use the force.com IDE to search against all scheduled report recipients, and if so, how?

So far, it seems I cannot.

The Force.com IDE deals mostly with Apex code and metadata.  The Workbench might be helpful.
