Exporting random records from SFDC

Hi, I want to export some of my records from SFDC to external file. These records are actually the result of application of VLOOKUP function in the excel file. The number of records are around 2000. So can I achieve this?

Actually I have imported leads in 2 lots, 5000 each. First lot I had imported in the last week. Whereas, second lot I imported 2 days before. This second lot contained some leads which were there in the first lot also. After importing the second lot only 3000 leads were imported as the remaining 2000 were already there in the SFDC database. Now I want to extract those 2000 leads from SFDC database with their record IDs which were there in first lot as well as second lot. Is it possible to achieve this?
