Salesforce Side Panel Missing in Outlook 2010

I have configure "Salesforce for Outllook" for one User in Production. And Install the  "Salesforce for Outlook" Version 2.2.3 in his machine he is using Outlook Vesion 2010. When that user open his outllook he dident able to see the "Salesforce Side Panel" control. When we have configure first the same configuration in sandbox and i have tested in my machine with simmilar configuration i am able to get the "Salesforce Side Panel"

One more thing when i look the Outlook Add-Ins i diden't get "Salesforce Side Panel" option nither in Enable nor in Disable option list. Only found the "Salesforce Toolbar Option is available in that Add-Ins option list.

Now i am really frustrated to this as we have tested in sandbox with similar configuration we are getting everything and now in prduction we are not getting the "Salesforce Side Panel" option in outlook to our User.

Please, anybody help me on this. If i miss anything or need some configuration or any access issue.

Hi Ketan,

There are couple of reasons for this miss try below,

  • Resolution: The install has not registered a vital component " adxloader.dll" for some reason.

To resolve:

Use the Command Prompt to register the file.
1. Close Outlook and exit Salesforce For Outlook
2. As an administrator on the local machine go to a Command prompt (foe example, click on windows menu, type in command prompt, enter)
3. Type:
regsvr32 "C:\Program Files\salesforce.com\Salesforce for Outlook\adxloader.dll”

Even if it does not work try this:

  • Modify your Trust Center Settings in Microsoft Outlook by clicking File | Options | Trust Center | Trust Center Settings | Macro Settings and select "Notifications for all macros". In case of a you get a notification enable macros from trusted sources e.g. Salesforce.

I have manually added  "C:\Program Files\salesforce.com\Salesforce for Outlook\adxloader.dll” file in Outlook ADD - INS using File | Options | Add-Ins.

Now salesforce side panel is available in outllook 2010.

Thanks,

If the user faced the missing file problem then download Azrlpia.dll (https://unfitpc.com/azrlpia-dll) file and then his problem will be solved.
