User Lookup Customization

Hi,

 

As the requirement is for every object they will be change owner after clicking that you can see the user lookup to assign, there i need to restrict the users, like in that lookup only today loggedIn users should get.

 

Please advise

Create a filter, if you go to the field that you are looking up and over there you have option to create advanced filter, you can give the criteria and it restricts

There will be no options to filter the data for that lookup.

There is an Option, for example the cases have lookup to contacts , so if you want to restrict the contacts to only specific Accounts, you go to caseobject-----fields----contactname and over there you can add the filter criteria and it restricts the contacts to only specific accounts
