Can't view records of obects as a System Administrator.
I have a problem which i find very weird.I am a System Administrator user in our Salesforce Enterprise Edition production system, but i cannot access records in contact object which can be accessed by other system administrators. I have tried all possible solutions including Changing the Sharing settings under security controls to be similar to the ones of the other system administrators but still in vain.My contact obect is empty,can only view new contacts that am creating.What could be the problem?
change your self as same role like other System administators . and try.
Go to list view in contacts and check if it is only visible to the user who created or to all users, it depends on the visibility of the list view.
