how to give full access upon manual share?

On creating records in Share object there is a Full value.

I only see Read Only and Read/Write

The Full value is assigned automatically to the record owner. Everyone else has to work with Edit and Read.

 

For all practical purposes, Edit and Full have the same meaning, anyway.
