Person Account

Hi Puja,

How can I enable 'Person Account' in my developer organization?

I believe, We can not log a case in Salesforce, when we are using FREE developer edition.

So, what is the way out??

From free developer edition you can not create a case. You can call basic support and log a case via phone.

You can create a case on production environment and in sandbox. I had a talk with premier support and get the confirmation.

Thank you everybody for for helping to get the resolution!

Can You please try to do from your end.

All options are there, but I think they have stop to provide free service to the developers.

Your thought is correct, if we have ant production environment.  Plzz verify.

Hi,

open this link https://success.salesforce.com/ at the bottom of the page click on submit a case and log a case.

I did not find 'Log a Case 'button.

Sandeep- can you follow the same procedure from your end. I think, earlier this was the approach. But now, Salesforce does support that.

Hi chiranjeevitg,

From  success.salesforce.com, we can go to  'submit a Case', and then on clicking it will redirect to the developer edition. We can not raise a case from a developer edition.

Hi Kaity,

You can find "Submit a Case" button now over there.
