Which Objects cannot have sharing rules

I have  a  query, could some  one  give  some inputs on this

1>     Which Objects cannot have sharing  rules

               a>    Custom objects

               b>    Standard Objects

                c>    Custom Objects controlled  by parent

               d>    Object in managed Package

In the list that you provided Custom Objects controlled  by parent ( detail in Master Detail relationship) can not have sharing rule.

in my Org, I can't see a sharing button in my Custom object record, but I can see it enabled in page layout.

Can you please tell me how to enable this one?

 

And I can see a sharing button on my account object
