Haga-san Authenticate error when creating new Force.com project
I'm newbie
I have used Sandbox environment on Enterprise edition until now.
For my study, I created new account on Developer Edition.
I tried to create new force.com project on Force.com IDE.
But I have the following authenticate error .

-Error Message- I'm translating to English.
Unable to connect to hostname 'www.salesforce.com'.
User name , password , security token is invalid . Or this user is locked.
Do you login from new location ?

Please verify and/or change your credentials
