Deploy Using Ant

I want to create exact replica of one org. I want to do this using ANT. Can anyone guide me how can I achieve this. i have done all prerequiste. I dont know what enrty need to be put in build.xml file for retrival and for deploy.

If you have download the Salesforce ant toolkit you must have a PDF in that please check that...let us know if anything is confusing
