hi,
As API os not allowed in the Professional edition, we can not use the dataloader as it uses the API.
But the Jitterbit dataloader in the Professional edition is allowed.

You can use Skyvia for data synchronization between SFDC to MySQL (https://skyvia.com/data-integration/integrate-salesforce-mysql) and don`t care about the Salesforce edition, `cause it works with all kind of licenses
