I just tried your code (removed html & body tags, closed couple of open tags and added a link to a video) on a visualforce page between the page tags and it worked with no problems.

TejTej

it's working in IE and firefox but not in chrome.

Hi Tej and Viya,

Is there any solution to play internal video (static resource/ file) in salesforce.
If yes, how it can be achieved?

Thanks,

HI Tej ,

Use following code..

<apex:page>
<apex:pageBlock >
      <video width="400" controls = "TRUE">
      <source src="{!URLFOR($Resource.Videos)}" type="video/mp4"/>
      <source src="https://c.ap1.content.force.com/servlet/servlet.FileDownload?file=00P90000014reKx" type="video/mp4"/>
      <source src="mov_bbb.ogg" type="video/ogg"/>
      Your browser does not support HTML5 video.
      </video>
   </apex:pageBlock>
</apex:page>
