Not able to install the .net toolkit.

I am unable to install the .net tool kit, it requires version 1.1.4322 of the .net frame work. I have 2.xx installed in the system. Please help.

You can have multiple versions of the .NET framework installed on your machine.  You should probably install v1.0 and v1.1 and the associated hotfixes.  The best way to do this is to go to this page http://msdn.microsoft.com/netframework/downloads/updates/default.aspx and download all 1.x versions to your machine and install them, starting with the 1.0 and then the 1.1 downloads.  After installing both of these, run Windows Update on your machine to get any updates or hotfixes.  That should solve your problem.
