Immediate opening for a Salesforce.com Configuration Analyst to support Sales Force Automation systems.

Duration: Full-time, Perm.
Location: Livingston, NJ/New York, NY

Responsibilities

·     100% hands-on support of a large (2300+ user) salesforce.com implementation

·     Salesforce.com application configuration

·     Administration of Salesforce.com users and security

·     Perform data loads using third-party tools (i.e., Scribe, Bluewolf DRE, Dataloader)

·     Research integration issues and liaise with legacy system development staff

·     Support companion applications (i.e., Outlook Edition, Excel Connector)

·     Research and development of new Salesforce.com applications to aid organization

·     Work closely and communicate clearly with a group of people with varied skill-sets

·     Produce and improve overall documentation related to the implementation's configuration

Qualifications

·     2+ years of industry experience as a Salesforce.com Administrator

·     Experience with database software / CRM solutions – ACT, Salesforce.com

·     Advanced knowledge of and experience with Salesforce.com configuration

·     Good service attitude to end-users

·     Ability to work on multiple tasks and deliver results with aggressive timelines

·     Excellent interpersonal skills, as well as excellent communication skills, verbal and written to both technical and non-technical audiences.

·     Work well independently or on a team

·     Take initiative to recommend process improvements and demonstrate creative thinking

·     Demonstrate self motivation and the ability to grasp concepts quickly

·     Demonstrate sharp, analytical, problem solving, and decision making skills

·     Knowledge of related applications, relational databases, and web technology
