SFDC Developer

Our client is looking for a SFDC Developer to be responsible for implementing solutions and provide assistance in integrating with other business applications. In addition, the individual will be responsible for support and development of other web applications.  This position needs an individual who can create or participate in the creation of functional designs, assists in setting design and standards, act as a mentor for other team members, and participate in user documentation processes.  The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of software development cycle and process with proven experience in development of complex projects including technical design and analyzing requirements.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

·        Implements enhancements and integration

·        Plans and performs system Integration testing

·        Performs coding and unit testing of software projects with high quality deliverable

·        Participates actively in code reviews

·        Debugs and maintains existing code

·        Applies and acquires business and product knowledge in the performance of assigned projects

·        May represent team in external or interdepartmental efforts as needed

·        May participate in new technical initiatives and research projects

·        May communicate with and support end use

·        May install/debug beta software at end user sites

Job Requirements

·        BS Degree in Information Science, Computer Science, Software, Engineering, Business or other relevant combination of training and experience

·        Experience with developing solutions required

·        Experience with integrating applications from within App Exchange desired.

·        Experience implementing Apex Code

·        MCSD certification strongly desired

·        Detailed knowledge of standards and business processes

Our client wants a SFDC Developer who has the ability to apply business knowledge in external and interdepartmental efforts and work independently.  They should have solid logic and organizational skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as inter-personal skills, and able to maintain confidentiality.  This candidate should have strong software development abilitites.
