Error while running eclipse

Whenever I run eclipse it is sahwing error as Java runtimr error No java virtual machine was found after searching the location

Yes it might be ,

please remove all the version of eclipse and delete all the eclipse files from your computer..

Please try the installing force.com ide instead of using eclipse+plugin

Here is the link please select the proper version for your operating system, let me know if its not worked

Please make sure the existing Java versions of your PC should be 6 sth. (Both SDK and JRE)...

if you have java version 7 sth, please remove and clear the all related files and  re install the version 6.

Its java version 6 only.Previouslu I have installed ecllipse once,instead of updating it I have deleted all the files and installed again.....I think may be this is one of the reason of getting the error
