Experience Required:
7+ years managing teams
Experience managing implementation of large-scale, complex, multi-disciplined, cross functional and highly visible projects/programs, with budgets in excess of $2 million and team over 15 people.
Project Management experience as a Scrum Master and Lead at least 2 live projects using SCRUM.
Strong understanding of Agile and Extreme Programming (XP) development methodologies
Strong understanding of technology Change Management specifically Waterfall to Agile
Demonstrable experience in multi-disciplinary leadership, strong customer focus and excellent people skills.
Must be experienced in Project Management Methodologies/PMP preferred.
Experienced in client relationship management and proven ability to work with major stake holders
Excellent communication skills both oral and written
Experienced in working within the agile/iterative development/scrum area on a myriad of communications.
Experienced in influencing organizational change during the introduction of these concepts and techniques.

Responsibilities:
You will manage in a fast-paced, technically demanding environment. You will ensure your team builds a market leading product while always enhancing our software architecture and maintaining high quality. You will also ensure that your team is highly productive. Nothing is more powerful than a team of talented developers that feel the only limit to how much they can produce is how hard they work and how creative they are. You will foster this kind of environment day to day. You are expected to collaborate closely with practice management, client management, and cross-functional development teams. You will champion the Agile/Scrum development methodology and be a passionate scrum master for the cross-functional scrum project team. You will be active in the pioneering of new applications for the Force.com platform and stay abreast of industry trends.
Oversees the day-to-day process of development activities
Participates in weekly reviews and planning sessions with team and solution stakeholders.
Collects and reports key metrics (i.e. "burn-down") on a daily and weekly basis
Facilitates discussions between developers and stakeholders
Coordinates with stakeholders outside the team
Facilitates issue and risk resolution
Managing full SDLC milestones
Managing development team execution and efforts for all assigned projects
Promoting methodology to developers, product owners, and QA testers
Leading and organizing system change requests
Tracking bugs
Facilitating estimating processes
Ability to perform requirements definition and analysis
Ability to define and develop functional and technical specifications
Ability to estimate effort on proposed application development projects
Solid priority management, problem solving, and analytical skills
